A Tale of Two Tales is a conceptual piece that sheds light on how we cope with conflict as it demonstrates our natural responses to fight and flee from unwanted situations or feelings. With roots in Buddhism, A Tale of Two Tales suggests we acknowledge our conflict for what it is, and find peace through acceptance.

Driven by the motif of a “freak show,” often hushed, shadowed behaviors, are brought into the spotlight through a series of three posters. Each series dramatizes a feeling that is then provoked and put to the test by a carnival game. Encouraged, by striped uniforms, individuals were asked to fully embody the personas and learn the result of their performance.
